SECURITY
A Web 3.0 Ajax application that facilitates, in a simple and efficient manner, the provision of documents in electronic format, as well as their approval and signing by third parties. The application provides extended signatures (including timestamping, as well as protection against unauthorized dissemination - Data Leak Prevention).
CUSTOMIZATION
The application is aimed at organizations that need an approval and signing workflow for documents in an environment of maximum security and safety, ensuring at the same time complete traceability of actions.
FEATURES
A fast and easy tool for document provision and signing, with the document maintained in an encrypted database. The document is accessible through a link sent via email. Attempts to access the document are authenticated, authorized, and fully auditable.

  • Uploading one or multiple documents (Text, Word, Excel) automatically converted to PDF format;
  • Defining empty signature fields and assigning them to signatories;
  • Saving document settings as a template for reuse;
  • Complete management of collaborators and contacts lists;
  • Sharing the uploaded document with a predefined list of collaborators, in a workflow involving one or more signatures;
  • Sharing the document with a group of people, where any member of the group has signing rights;
  • Delegating signature authority to another person;
  • Declining to sign, where the predefined flow can either stop or continue without a signature;
  • Deleting, renaming files, or moving them from the Inbox;
  • Previewing the document without the need for download or printing;
  • Email notifications sent to the owner for any change in the document status, including when the process is completed;
  • Collaborators who have not processed the document are automatically notified;
  • The default standard option at the end of the process is "Email transmission";
  • Contacts can be imported in CSV format generated by applications such as Gmail or Outlook;
  • Multiple documents can be uploaded in a single request;
  • Individual notifications can be configured for each collaborator;
  • Any document and any action can be viewed in a single interface;
  • Handwritten dynamic signature images can be captured using the mouse or stylus pencil.
