Multiple Formats
Just like before, the Tecnet Platform processes any type of message transmitted through it in formats such as: EDIFACT in EANCOM standard, XML, CSV, XLS, converting their content into the schema accepted within the RO-e-Factura framework.
XML Upload
The Tecnet e-Factura Platform automatically uploads and downloads messages identified by the index received within the RO-e-Factura system, using authentication certificates generated by the issuer or recipient through SPV - OAUTH 2.0.
Message Status
The Tecnet Platform receives, transmits, alerts, and displays status messages received through the microservices available within the RO-e-Factura system, at the level of transmitted, validated, and signed messages.
Correspondence Catalog
Within the e-Factura section of the Tecnet platform, suppliers needing to declare corresponding codes within the product catalog can fill in the corresponding CN or CPV code at the item level available in the company's product list, which will then be transmitted to the RO-e-Factura system.
Archiving
Both the issuer and the recipient can legally archive messages (the XML document and attached signature) received/downloaded, representing the Original Invoice signed by the Ministry of Finance, within the e-Archive archiving platform provided by Comtec Net.

Tecnet e-Factura Portal

Since July 2022, the Tecnet platform has been successfully operating with the UBL format used within the RO e-Factura System, handling processes such as upload, verification, download, processing, and display of documents posted in our partners' SPV accounts. Over 4.7 million documents have been successfully transited until February 1, 2024, for both B2B and B2G relationships.

For EDI and WebEDI Tecnet customers, the XML-UBL format is functional and available upon request in the "My Messages - Issued Invoices" section, where it can be tested through manual or automatic input within their own SPV account.

For completing the correspondence of CN/CPV codes, automatic export, transmission using OAUTH 2.0 authorization tokens, processing services, mapping, storage, or archiving, please contact our sales department at: sales@tecnet.ro.

Authentication via OAUTH 2.0 no longer requires the physical presence of an extended digital certificate with a USB token in the interface that uploads and downloads XML/ZIP files in relation to the ANAF RO e-Factura platform.

OAUTH 2.0 provides the possibility of generating an authentication certificate valid for 3 months from the date of generation within the Tecnet e-Factura system for automated interaction with the RO e-Factura-SPV-ANAF system.


The XML-UBL format in archived form containing the digitally applied signature of the Ministry of Finance can be uploaded and downloaded within the RO e-Factura platform through Tecnet e-Factura services, transmitted through API services or various communication channels such as SFTP, stored or archived within our company's platforms or adjacent services.
